I created this work because I know what it’s like when the strategies that once worked suddenly don’t - and no one explains why.

I also created it because the support women are given doesn’t match the reality of what’s happening in their bodies.

I was active, capable, and deeply invested in my health. And yet, the approaches I’d relied on for years stopped working. Training felt harder. Recovery took longer. Energy became unpredictable. I wasn’t failing - my body was asking for something different.
