HERE'S THE THING:
Your body isn’t broken - it’s responding differently now, so it needs a different kind of support.
You’ve always known how to look after yourself. You’re capable, committed, and used to putting in the effort to feel strong and well.
But as you move through menopause and your hormone state changes, the way your body responds has changed too and the old rules no longer apply.
Pushing harder doesn’t bring the results it once did.
The workouts and habits that supported you in your 20s and 30s now feel harder to recover from, less effective, and sometimes exhausting.
You may be doing all the “right” things, yet the scale won’t budge and your energy feels harder to access. This can feel deeply confusing, even unsettling.
But it isn’t a failure, and it isn’t a betrayal. Your body hasn’t stopped working; it’s simply asking for a different approach.
I KNOW THIS FRUSTRATION INTIMATELY BECAUSE
I didn't just study this shift
I lived it.
THE DAY THE RULES CHANGED:
Even with my background as an athlete, I hit that same invisible wall.
I spent my life as an athlete believing that if something wasn’t working, the answer was always to push harder, train more, or eat less.
For years, discipline was my superpower.
But when I hit a period of intense life stress combined with my body’s hormonal shift, that philosophy failed me.
I was doing what I had always done, yet I couldn’t lose weight or get fit and felt bone-deep exhaustion especially when trying to push hard.
It was a total collision of life stress and biological change.
That was my 'aha' moment.
I realised that almost every 'proven' method I had followed was based on male-dominated research that ignored the female hormonal system.
When I went looking for a practical, lifestyle-led way to support women through menopause — one that truly honoured our unique physiology.
I found very little; there was advice, noise, and quick fixes, but no clear, grounded practical framework women could actually use.
So I chose to build what was missing.
I WENT FROM:
Fighting my biology to finally fuelling
my potential.
I GOT SERIOUS:
I trained as a menopause coaching specialist to create an educational and practical approach rooted in understanding, not guesswork.
When I began working with my own physiology rather than pushing against it, everything changed.
My focus shifted to building muscle and bone, protecting brain health, and creating the right stimulus for fat loss in a way that works with our changing hormone state.
Thriving Through Menopause exists because women shouldn’t have to out-work a map that was never written for them.
I wanted to create a strategy women, like me, were never given — one that offers real power through knowledge, choice, and support.
This work is about giving you the understanding - and the power - to lead your own supported evolution.
ARE YOU READY TO
Stop the uphill battle and actually
start thriving?
KIND WORDS:
I feel badass and honestly stronger than I have in the last 8 years at least!
My running performance has increased, injury prevention has been amazing, and pull ups are back. I enjoy the support, flexibility (when life gets hectic) and just inspiration really!
But what a power trio that is!!
